Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, and experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on User Interface Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visual and interactive elements that align with user expectations and business requirements.
• Code Implementation: Develop high-quality, reusable code using best practices for front-end development, ensuring responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Optimize Performance: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring efficient rendering and smooth user interactions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate user-facing and server-side elements seamlessly.
• Code Maintenance: Maintain and improve front-end codebases to enhance system stability, reliability, and scalability.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces, diagnose and fix bugs, and ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular,).
• Responsive Design: Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of browser compatibility issues and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborative Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack or Grunt.
• Familiarity with graphic design software and UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of SEO principles and implementation in front-end development.
